General Information: The "Trail des Fleurs" in Velesmes-Essarts

The commune of Velesmes-Essarts, in the Doubs region, is preparing to host the first edition of the "Trail des Fleurs" on Sunday, September 20, 2026. This event is a solidarity manifestation led by Grégory Thizy. The goal is to bring together approximately 500 participants.

The "Trail des Fleurs" aims to raise funds for the acquisition of a specialized running stroller, estimated to cost 6,000 euros. This funding is intended to allow Mr. Thizy's daughter, a 14-year-old adolescent affected by a rare genetic disease, to participate in outdoor activities.

This initiative represents a community effort to improve the quality of life of a young person facing health challenges.
