Jenny Holzer presents the secret letters of Van Gogh, Baudelaire, and Morisot at the Musée d'Orsay

The Musée d'Orsay is currently hosting an exhibition by American conceptual artist Jenny Holzer. Titled "I love you as I die," the installation features a dialogue between the artist and historical figures through their private correspondence.
The exhibition highlights personal letters from artists and writers such as Vincent van Gogh, Charles Baudelaire, and Berthe Morisot. By projecting or displaying these intimate writings, Holzer brings a contemporary perspective to the archives of these major figures of the 19th and 20th centuries.
This artistic project offers a new reading of these historical documents within the walls of the Parisian museum. The selection focuses on the emotional depth and secrets contained within the chosen texts, inviting the public to rediscover these works through a conceptual lens.
