Castles Day 2026: A Cultural Initiative

The National Estate of Chambord has communicated regarding the organization of the "Castles Day" event in 2026.

This initiative will allow residents of Loir-et-Cher to visit several historical sites free of charge. The aim is to promote access to local heritage and highlight the cultural richness of the region.

Visits will take place from Saturday, September 19 to Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Five emblematic sites of the territory will be open to the public during this period, offering an opportunity to rediscover the departmental heritage.
