The story of the Rochambelles on stage

The memory of women's commitment during the Second World War is honored with the stage adaptation of the story of the Rochambelles. These thirty volunteer women made history through their bravery and dedication.

They left their daily lives to join the front lines. Driving their ambulances, under bombardments, they worked tirelessly to rescue soldiers as close as possible to the fighting, thereby directly contributing to the liberation effort of France.

Their fundamental contribution, however, long remained in the shadows of official history. The play, which will be presented at the Théâtre Michel starting September 25th, offers an opportunity to rediscover their exceptional journey and to pay them the tribute they deserve.
