Cinéalma Festival celebrates its 20th edition, a Mediterranean dialogue through cinema

The Cinéalma festival marks a significant milestone with its 20th edition, scheduled from October 9 to 18 in Carros. This cinematic event, dedicated to fostering dialogue among Mediterranean peoples, offers a rich and diverse program.

During these ten days, the festival will present a total of 32 films. These works originate from 18 different countries, thereby offering a broad and varied perspective on the realities and cultures of the region.

The selected films address universal and fundamental themes such as liberty, identity, and fraternity. These subjects resonate with the values of sharing and mutual understanding that the festival strives to promote.

Accessibility is a key principle of Cinéalma, with screenings offered at a single price of 3 euros. This initiative aims to make auteur cinema and cinematic discoveries accessible to a wide audience, thus encouraging the discovery of unreleased productions.
